Class members are all persons residing in Canada, excluding Quebec, whose information was exposed to unauthorized parties or otherwise compromised in or as a result of the July 2019 data incident involving MGM Resorts International. Related proceedings in Quebec cover the 2019 and 2023 data incidents and are resolved by the same proposed settlement.

All persons in Québec (including estates, executors, and personal representatives) whose personal or financial information was lost by or stolen from MGM Resorts International in the July 7, 2019 confidentiality incident. The proposed national settlement also resolves parallel proceedings in British Columbia and a Québec proceeding covering the September 2023 incident. People who opted out of the Zuckerman Class Action before July 24, 2023 are not included.
