Lead a class action
Representative plaintiff list
Every class action is brought by one or more people on behalf of everyone affected. They are called representative plaintiffs. If you would consider taking on that role, you can ask Marty Mikhail to email you when a class action comes up that you might be a fit to lead.
What the role involves
- Giving evidence about what happened to you, usually in a sworn statement.
- Possibly being cross-examined by the lawyers for the company being sued.
- Staying involved and reachable for what can be several years, and making decisions in the interest of the whole group, not only your own.
What joining does and does not do
- You can decline any request. Joining does not commit you to anything.
- Your details are shared with another law firm only if you agree at that time.
- Joining does not make Marty Mikhail your lawyer and does not start a lawsuit.
- This list is separate from the claim alerts and the monthly digest. Nothing is sent to it in bulk, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
